Billing questions

How does the free trial work?

The free week comes with Premium Plus on the monthly plan. If you cancel before the week ends, you pay nothing. Premium and the family plans have no free week and are billed from the first day.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel in the app or through your app store subscription settings, and protection continues until the end of the period you've paid for. No cancellation fees, no phone calls required.

Monthly or yearly?

Both are available in the app, and yearly billing comes with a discount. You can switch between them at any time.

Which phones does Gini work on?

Gini works on iPhone and Android, across 60+ US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile.
